Success in the Selective School Expansion Fund (SSEF)

We have been informed by the Department for Education (DfE) that we have been successful in our Selective School Expansion Fund (SSEF) application which we submitted in August this year. This is fantastic news for Kendrick which will enable us to increase our student numbers starting 2020 in Year 7, extend and improve our facilities, as well as, begin to make Kendrick a school that more local and disadvantaged students will be able to access.

This is an exciting and significant strategic development for Kendrick which will consolidate and ensure Kendrick’s future standing and contribution to education in Reading.

We will be consulting on our admission policies for entry in 2020 by Monday 10th December and will share the Fair Access Partnership Plan (FAPP) later in December.
