Ellie Dodson
Ellie was a member of the Head Girl Team in 2015 and left Kendrick having studied A-Levels in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. She went on to study Medicine at the University of Bristol, undertaking an additional Bachelor’s degree in Immunology and Regenerative Medicine during her third year. She graduated from medical school in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic and completed her Foundation Training in the Oxford Deanery.
Following this, she was awarded a scholarship to undertake a Master’s Degree in Clinical Education at the University of Exeter, where she led research into healthcare inequality in dermatology curricula and training. Her interest in education has led her to design and deliver regional teaching and courses, work as a medical school OSCE examiner, and serve as an Associate College Tutor for the Royal College of Physicians. In her spare time, she also works with a public health outreach charity called Saving Skin.
She is currently completing her Internal Medicine Training at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, with rotations in Acute Medicine, Cardiology, Intensive Care, Haematology and Gastroenterology. Outside of her work, she enjoys creating art and music.
