Kendrick School is a high achieving selective school for girls aged 11 to 18 located in Reading, Berkshire. It is acknowledged as being amongst the very best state schools in the country.
In its last four OFSTED inspections, Kendrick was graded an “outstanding” school.

Kendrick School routinely admit into Year 7 and Year 12.
Non routine admissions can occur when a student on roll leaves the school and creates a vacancy. A vacancy is created when the number of students on roll for a particular year group falls below the admission number.

Chinyere Adah Nwanoku OBE was born in London in June 1956. She was a student at Kendrick School. She is a double bass player and professor of Historical Double Bass Studies at the Royal Academy of Music. She was a founder member and principal bassist of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, a position she held for 30 years. Of Nigerian and Irish descent, she is the founder and Artistic Director of the Chineke! Orchestra. The Chineke! Orchestra the first professional orchestra & junior orchestra in Europe to be made up of a majority of black and minority ethnic musicians.
Eleanor Reeves leads the London Environment and Safety practice at law firm, Ashurst.
Jane is a director of Principle Consulting, a social enterprise that supports charities to campaign for government policy changes that will help their beneficiaries.
